Owner alert regarding Royal Resorts USA It was recently brought to management's attention that a person whom identified themselves as Jim Peterson and is allegedly representing "Royal Resort" contacted one or more of our timeshare owners, expressing an interest to sell their timeshare for an up front fee. Your association's site manager contacted Jim Peterson. Jim Peterson claimed he is a timeshare sales agent whom represents a timeshare resale company doing business as Royal Resorts USA. Please be advised that Jim Peterson and Royal Resorts USA are in no way affiliated with or have been authorized by your Management Company or HOA to represent the Royal Resort, Royal Vacation Suites Inc., Royal Resort Vacation Owners Association or Trading Places International. Although Royal Resorts USA may be licensed to do business in the state of Nevada, their Better Business Bureau rating is an F.
